the cold world

visions of my past shot through my mind
an imaginary screen with my life stories appear
they all appear to be mocking me, naggong me about my disability
rudely awaken by the chill down my spine
it came to me that whatever seems so perfect is just an illusion
as it can be easily blown off by the wind of truth
my seemingly love ones left me in a corner to rot
with only stench to keep me company
waiting in vain for my creator, hoping that he will take me.

a wish come true

19 years and 229 days ago, a couple got married.
inside the wedding car, the wife had a wish.
she wished that her husband would be a pauper for life,
and that their relative would be rich.
despite that, the man continued with the wedding ceremony.
the wife's wish came through, because 2 years and 46 days later,
they gave birth to a son, but the money they need was not their own,
the cash were all given by their richer relatives.
the husband work hard for the family, the pay was a joke
but the wife was too lazy to find a job, despite their difficulty.
and she wants more money
5 years down the road, the husband had a single eye problem.
he needed treatment urgently, while the wife had a small windfall during that period.
but when her husband ask her for the cash, she lied that she was penniless
he went blind on one eye since.
however, the husband continued with his hardwork for the family,
while the wife moan and groan for more money.
this continue on and on until their son is a teenager,
who wants to do well in school.
one fine day, the husband has an incurable problem on his other eye.
later, he was blind on both eyes.
due to this, he was force to quit his job,
while their richer relatives continued with their living.
facing life without even a pathetic income,
his wife said :"i am always tired, i can't work, i want you to bring money home!"
and the wife suggested that he can work in a blind man's home
stupid, poor blind man.
a wish come true in indeed
